Due to the nature of peptides such as the sensitivity to environmental conditions like storage temperature, age, and sterility, returns cannot be accepted. Refund requests must be made within 15 days of order delivery date and will be handled on an individual basis. With that said, we want you to be happy with your purchase and will go to all reasonable lengths to come to a fair outcome for both parties.
